As our Motor Vehicle Fleet Manager, you'll drive the transition to electric vehicles while ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. Your role will encompass strategic planning, vehicle selection, charging infrastructure setup, financial analysis, fleet operations, compliance management, and more.
Your main responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop a strategic roadmap for transitioning our existing fleet to electric vehicles, considering usage patterns and operational needs
- Identify suitable electric vehicle models and collaborate with procurement teams for favourable terms with fleet provider
- Lead the planning, installation, and maintenance of a scalable electric vehicle charging network
- Conduct in-depth cost-benefit analyses comparing electric and traditional vehicles
- Stay updated on EV regulations and leverage incentives for an optimized conversion process
- Develop training programs on electric vehicle operation and maintenance for personnel
